Privacy Policy – Reddit in Motion

Reddit in Motion (“application“, “app“) is developed by Domisy Dev, led by Theodore Mavrakis, hereby referred to as “I.” If you use this app, then you agree to the policies listed below.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Data Collection

The app does not collect any personally identifiable information. Any preferences or data used by the app are stored on the device only, and can be completely erased by uninstalling the app. Information about your device may be collected by Google Play Services, for example in the case of a crash or an error during runtime. This log data may be sent to my Google Play Console for debugging, however none of this info is personally identifiable.

Other Services and APIs

The app uses an API to retrieve images and data from I have no affiliation with Reddit Inc ©. Any data transmitted to or from the app, including submissions from the user to the Reddit social platform, are only stored and collected by Reddit Inc ©. Consult their privacy policy for more information.

The user may view or be directed to content hosted by, or by other websites, such as Imgur and Gfycat, whose content is shown on Reddit. I have no affiliation with any of those content providers, nor do I host any content which is displayed on Reddit.

Data Stored on Device

The application stores the following data only locally on the device.
– Saved preferences, which include all the user-configurable app settings.
– Logged in account, requires that I store an anonymous access token and refresh code for use with the Reddit API in order to authenticate you with their services.
– Favorite subreddits, the subreddits that the user marks as favorites, to be displayed at the top of the list for convenient access.
